| If you hold your mouse over any icon text will appear showing you what its function is. The text will appear either over the icon itself or at the bottom of your browsers window. | |
To post messages you must first sign up  and create a profile. Once the system administrator has approved your information you will receive a confirmation email along with a password, so that you may Log On. | |
Each time you visit the Message Board you must first log in  using your username and password. | |
When you are ready to leave the Message Board please Log Out 
This will make sure that the system remembers what messages you have read and what topic areas you have visited. | |
